• Fraud or other serious irregularities with a potentially negative impact for EU funds, whether EU revenue, expenditure or assets held by EU institutions.
• Serious misconduct by Members or staff of EU institutions and bodies.

If you wish OLAF to intervene upon the matter, we would like you to consider engaging in a secure dialogue with the official in charge, and you will be asked to provide verifiable elements.
